GAR Forms
The Georgia Association of REALTORS®’ contracts are no longer available to non-members for free. Any non-member will have to pay $229 for access to the GAR forms. Each GAR form will then be personalized with that individual’s name, company information and real estate license number. The GAR forms will continue to be free to REALTOR® members which is a savings of $229 per person!

Online Courses
In addition to classroom and virtual Continuing Education classes, you can receive discounts on online education if you register through our website.
Providers are responsible for content and administration and for posting of CE credits. DeKalb Association of REALTORS® partners with Career WebSchool to offer online real estate CE courses.
